The Kitchen Studio 365 is a story born out of love. A story about the love of cooking, curiosity, creativity, and the belief that a restaurant is truly great when it offers not just food, but also feelings and memories. Gabi Szikra is the driving force of the kitchen. She radiates joy, the pleasure of creation, and the passion with which she recreates the world of The Kitchen every single day. In the main square of Fonyód, with a panoramic view of Lake Balaton, we envisioned a place where quality and approachability coexist naturally. A place where you can enjoy a hearty meal, engage in good conversation, laugh – and discover something new on your plate. It is important to us that what we offer has a story. That’s why we work with seasonal, local, and regional producers, and whenever possible, we incorporate something from our own garden into the kitchen. We don’t want to present ourselves as more than we are. We simply love what we do. We love the ingredients, the kitchen, Lake Balaton, and most importantly, our guests. Perhaps that’s why The Kitchen Studio 365 has become more than just a restaurant. This is our story. And every day we write a new chapter to it.
